Basketball court, soccer field, pickleball courts, as well a playground and doggy park in the heart of the Neighborhoods.


Neighborhood Park Rules and Regulations

1.     The Park is open from dawn to dusk every day of the year.

2.     The Park is to be used ONLY by Neighborhoods of WGV Members and their accompanied guests.

3.     Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside The Park.

4.     No glass containers allowed on premises.

5.     Golf carts, off-road bikes, scooters, skateboards, bicycles and rollerblades are not permitted at The Park.

6.     Patrons MUST have proper shoe attire and clothing on while participating in sporting activities or events.

7.     Children under the age of 10 MUST be accompanied by an adult.

8.     The playground is for children only

9.     Roughhousing will not be tolerated.

10.     Patrons MUST clean up all food, beverage and miscellaneous trash before leaving The Park.

11.     Use of The Park may be limited from time to time due to a reservation or event that has been approved by Association management.

12.     The Park may be rented by Members for private events; all reservations MUST go through Association management. However, The Park will still be open to general use during these times.

13.     Dogs are welcome in the Doggy Park. No Dogs should be in the main Park at any time.

14.     Pick up after your pets. 

15.     The use of profanity or disruptive behavior is prohibited.

16.     Patrons using the basketball, volleyball, soccer, and baseball facilities MUST supply their own equipment.

17.     Loud music is prohibited.

18.     No open flames allowed.

19.     Patrons are responsible for ensuring that their guests adhere to the rules and regulations at all times.

Costs: Free to Residents who pay into the NWR Assoc.
